Consulting Service for Social Service Organisations and Agencies

This consultation service includes the following:

  • A review of the skills needed to perform particular tasks, such as effective facilitation of meetings (management and clinical teams, super-vision groups, family or clinical meetings).

  • Building capacity and confidence in individuals and in teams.

  • Reviewing leadership capacity (strengths and weaknesses).

  • Reviewing the systemic health of a group or an organisation and making recommendations for change.
